Operation Booty Tone & Stuff

Ok, so it's the 3rd day of my little exercises, and my legs and butt are starting to feel the burn a little better! Today, I added 50 standing push-ups (because my arms are WIMPY as HELL). I'm thinking that every 3rd day, giving my body time to adjust, I'm either going to add more reps or add a new exercise entirely. I want to work up to doing ACTUALLY push-ups before the end of the week!

Tonight, when I get home, I'm going to make my first batch of homemade dishwasher detergent and toothpaste! I found both recipes here. There are some neat tips and resources on their site, and it's clean and humble....meaning nothing flashy or self-promoting (that I found). I love that they have links for composters and other neat eco-friendly, at home stuff!

I'll try to document and blog about my recipes from now on....It might be fun, huh? ;)
