Positivity in Training-week 1

While it's been a little over a week, I'll update on things that have progressed. I am practicing on "letting go", as I am a bit of a control freak. I've pretty much been raising myself since I was 7 (thanks MARTY-*cough* errr, ummm, SARCASM), and my dad just let me be me (which I am grateful for)....so I am a VERY independent person. I feel the need to control the situation, so that I am comfortable in my environment. While this works most of the time, there are times when I've lashed out at Wayne because he was just trying to help. A BIG NO-NO! I MUST let go and LEARN to TRUST!

So, very big things are happening all around me. Wayne's parents are renovating their den (and enlisting his help), we've decided that it's time to start planning to renovate our upstairs (construction starts in a month), Bonafide is finally getting some business, I have signed up for my yoga certification classes (books and supplies are on their way, already), our nanny/sitter started this week as Wayne went back to work. WHOA....a lot going on at once (at least for me).

So, my true test of staying positive should be the next month or so! I AM STOKED! Bring it ON!!!!

Have I learned, yet, to control my driving rage-NO (but it IS getting better). I just cannot help but to call people "D*ckhead". I know, I KNOW....it's not appropriate, nor is it ladylike, but it's just a FUN stress release! :)  Am I taking slow, baby steps to staying positive about ALL aspects in my life-ABSOLUTELY. Let the energy flow and surround me, let the positive light that is LOVE and HAPPINESS fill my very soul and take over! I am ready.

How can I not have a more positive outlook on life: I have this to look at every day!

Tell me that isn't the CUTEST! She loves being outdoors....she even enjoyed the car ride Sunday. Windows down, wind blowing her little hair, listening to "Across the Universe" soundtrack. Life truly is GOOD.

~Ciao

I am so happy that things are going great for you two. With Wayne's business picking up and you getting into your Yoga stuff, it is so great to see things happening for ya'll.

Plus, with Loli getting better and better everyday about loving life and the nature in it, you three are just great! Big Hugs to you all!
